Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase?

-You do not. Just follow the link to PayPal and choose to pay with Debit or Credit card. Paypal is our credit card processor and will provide a secure checkout.

I entered the wrong ship-to address, what do I do? 

-Please email 4thplacepins@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line asap. We ship fast here so the sooner you email the sooner we can correct your address.

What is your return policy?

-All sales are final unless your product is damaged. Please email 4thplacepins@gmail.com with a photograph of the damaged item and we will promptly replace it if possible. Please use your order number in the subject line.

When will I receive my pin?

-All orders ship within 2 days of placing your order and normally take 4-5 days to arrive.
